[WriteLog] Installation trouble with version 11.20

I'm trying to install version 11.20 on my Vista PC. The installation stalls 
and tells me that it can't find the following file:
wlfull01.cab

I searched the archives and saw a tip to uninstall my previous version. So I 
saved my ini file and uninstalled version 11.06A. I still get the same 
message. And now I have nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
