[WriteLog] CWT Mint-test exchange prefill file

The link below allows any interested individuals to download an updated 
contest exchange prefill file from my Dropbox account.  This file was just 
updated today, 03/17/15, and contains name and member number for 1,088 CWops 
members.  This file is designed to work with V1.1 of the Mini-test contest 
module.  As always, use the file with caution and be sure the prefill 
contents agree with what you copy over the air.
