So support for TinyFSK is kind of huge because this finally gets us away
from the tyranny of the native serial card. Plug into any USB port and go.
The first thing that occurred to me was that if we could get one TinyFSK to
play as two (virtual) serial ports, then we have our SO2V in a single
package.
Looking at the source code for the TinyFSK it's not clear that it can
happen in the sketch, it looks like a driver thing.
Is there a way to get the FTDI driver to treat one physical port as two
virtual ports?
Failing that, the next obvious place is in Writelog, to allow one COM port
to be assigned to both FSK ports in an SO2V.
