[WriteLog] Version 11 Com Port Limit

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm if there is hard coded com port limit in version 11?
I saw a note about the MMTY OCX being limited to Com 16 but that spoke
to the OCX and change related to windows versions. I expected all
virtual com ports available through Windows would be available to
Writelog. This may be wrong?
