After I sent my answer to the reflector I readed again your answer and as
you described non of the mixer where configured and as per your details I
made the correction and it is ok now

Thank you for the rapid answer.
I do not like a program of that cost showing an error message each time we
open it and also there is many web articles and on the reflector how to
remove that problem ((( but it is'nt quit clear ))) so it'st the reason of
asking help to remove it.

Gilles,
Before running Writelog run the program "Sound board mixer control". This
program is located in the Writelog program group. Writelog complains if it
can't find the sound cards selected, or if they are set up wrong. If you
aren't using sound cards for any functions (messages, recording the contest,
etc.) then don't worry about the message.

I had that problem with windows( 7 ) and now with windows ( 10 ).
It seems that in certain contests or different mode it does'nt do it.
Ex: I created a CW GEBERAL LOG and the problem happend but with a recent
RTTY contest no error message ???
I readed articles on the web about that error message but it is not totally
clear for me.
Can someone help me
