To update, you should undefer updates. Incidentally, there haven't been
any updates since Jan 13 (at least on my machine), except for a Visual
C++ update that kept getting updated every day. It wasn't supposed to,
it was one of those MS glitches. Not everyone was hit by that.

Actually, this does work on Win 10 Home. It's the deferring of the updates that
only works on Professional.
