I think in the setup of the canned messages, you would use %1 which would
send 1;2,13,99 as opposed to say %2 which sends 01,05,99and %3 which sends
008, 088 099 & 200 etc.
Keep in mind that some contest rules specify a three digit numb web
beginning neigh 001.
