[WriteLog] V. 12 prefil for SS

Is there a current prefil file that works with V 12 for Sweepstakes available 
somewhere? I've looked for one with no success. I have the SCP files, but no 
prefil. 

Thanks for any help! (I understand the caveats and issues surrounding prefils 
but thought it would be interesting to play with this year).....
