I suspect you're talking about the "Multiplier Status" window that
appears when you use Contest/Show-Multipliers, as opposed to the Band Map?
Either way, the answer is the same. On each window caption bar, there is
a little down-pointing triangle next to its upper right corner where
little X icon for closing the window appears. Click that down-triangle
and you get a new menu with the words "Docking" and "Floating".
Don't have any caption bars with the down-triangle and X? then use the
View menu/Docked-captions to turn them on, at least temporarily. The
reason there is a Docked-captions setting is to prevent an inadvertent
mouse click from rearranging your windows (docking, undocking, resizing,
etc.) and it also saves quite a bit of screen real estate for the
windows that are docked.
