[WriteLog] can't find writelog.ini file

I have just installed the new version 12 on my PC.
Earlier, I had an older version, but I had problems with the system on my PC, 
after which I reinstalled the system.
Now I would like to edit my ini-file, but when searching, I only find the old 
ini file.
