[WriteLog] Cut Numbers v12.27

First CW contest, with serial numbers as part of exchange. Even though I
have 0=0, 1=1, etc., I still get a T each time a zero is sent, using %N? I
can manually enter 001, 002, in the CW message setup box, and it will send
zeros?
