What they mean by "own country" in the case for us in the USA is "call
areas" since "call areas" are multipliers in the USA. When you work others
in W4 land, it will score 5 points. All others in USA should score 10.

I feel certain that I have either missed the latest, third party, download
regarding SARTG, or the scoring is incorrect? According to the rules:
- QSO with own country, *5* points.
- QSO with other countries in own continent, *10* points.
- QSO with other continents, *15* points.
I am being scored with 10 points for each US call area, with the exception
of W4?
