[WriteLog] WSJT-X plug-in for WriteLog

I am seeking for the method to interface WSJT-X 1.9.1 (or 2.0) with WriteLog
--- the best is still simple switching capability in between RTTY and FT-8
since I cannot ignore FT-8 especially during VHF contest.
