[WriteLog] RTTY right window

For years I used to practice CW with RTTY Right stand alone using straight
key or paddles.Changed computers recently still windows 7- 64 bit, now
every time I want to practice, prints garbage, fast-slow makes no
difference.
Any help is appreciated.
