[WriteLog] WriteLog ARRL Field Day prefill file

I have just generated a WriteLog ADIF prefill file for
ARRL Field Day and posted it to my club website, the
Eastern Iowa DX Association. This link takes you directly
to the Prefill section:

What you will download is a zip file containing the ADIF
prefill file.

The source file for this was the file FD_2020.txt
from the N1MM+ web site, last updated June 26, 2020.
