[WriteLog] Update your data files for Nov SS

Hi Folks,

Just a reminder...

If you don't see "PE" in the multiplier list for ARRL November Sweepstakes 
you'll want to:

1) start WriteLog
2) go to the File menu
3) click on "Web Update Data Files..." 
4) click the Download button if it doesn't populate the list for you 
automatically
5) click Apply update
6) restart WriteLog when prompted

Then you'll see "PE" in the multiplier list.   This required because updating 
WriteLog doesn't automatically update the already-installed data files.  You 
should always do this before a contest or at least periodically when updating 
WriteLog.
