I looked at the .ini file, and agreed with yours including the line ‘PE=VE’.
But the screen does not indicate PE (both opened the existed 2020 SS CW file,
or new as SS PHONE. Is there any ‘reset’ the configuration in WL ?
Re-installation or 'new' contest did not fix this.
