[WriteLog] K3S single setup

I have seen at least 2 dozen of setup instruction files for multi-op radios
But, NOW I have a single Elecraft K3S, not K3. I am believing there is not
a major difference in basic setup, but it can make a difference.

I am asking for help, and will judge if I go a different direction on the
response

Is there directions somewhere for a single K3S
