[WriteLog] FKeys utility update

In setting up for the SS this weekend I found a couple more bugs (sorry) in
the configuration screen.  I uploaded a fix and included registry entries
for JARTS RTTY and ARRL SS.  You can just double click them and they should
add to the registry (after you've initialized the registry)..  You probably
won't like my setup, but you can change it.
