Not sure this will help, if you are running Win 10 or 11, put it in Task View.
This should put all your windows on the screen and you can look for the Packet
window and see if you can get it on the screen from there.
To put the PC in task view click the Task View button on the task bar. If you
don't have a Task View button, right click anywhere open on the task bar and
select "Show Task View Button". Or you can bring up Task View with Windows
key+Tab.
Once in Task View, you can right click on the window and there are some options
that may or may not help.
