hi Nick - Here is an example of what I use:

%r%opse %zB.1 tu wk6i cq %e

The part you want goes as follows:

%z is the function
B is the letter on the writelog network that identifies the radio. If you
are not networking PCs it is probably A but do a Tools-> Register to
accept... to make sure. Note that it must be upper case to match the
network setting.
. chooses 100Hz, no . chooses 1000Hz resolution (the difference between
sending 14086 and 14086.1, for example)
1 chooses the entry window. If both radios are on one PC then your second
radio in the second entry window would be 2
