I've been using Writelog as my contest software for many years and keep it 
updated.   Best contest software for single operator multi-rig made.    I use 
it for Icoms and Yaesu FTDX-101Ds so I can't help with the Flex issue.

I hear that WL is no longer of interest, and why use it.

I point out - lets total QSOs and scores by logging software.  WL is used by 
most of  the top contesters. 

Don has great WL tutorials on his web site.
