I've been flustered for years about where and how to get a valid telnet
address.
I found this list: https://www.ng3k.com/misc/cluster.html
However, many of those addresses don't work for one reason or another. Or
they work for a while, then die or won't work the next time. If you try a
bad address, the WL Packet window will just sit there looking dumb for a
LONG time. Eventually it times out, but I find it rather frustrating.

FWIW: I've found this one to be reasonably active and reliable:
ve7cc.com at port 7300
Oddly, it isn't even on that list any more. More oddly, it isn't working
when I tried it just now. I've found it to be quite reliable this past year
so I'm surprised that it no longer works. The last time I tried it was
maybe a couple of months ago.

There are others that work, but I don't know which ones.

I'd sure like to know what address others use that might be more reliable.
