Hey. This is not so bad. Perhaps this would make a good contest
transmitter. Now if the receiver just had matching spurs.......

Really though, It seems like an age-old problem. Every new that comes
along has several bugs and it usually takes a few years to clean the 
out. It often doesn't pay to buy new equipment for this reason unless
you have a spare rig for back up and don't mind shipping you new
rig back to the factory several times. 

Not just Yaesu but all mfgs have this trouble. I think that more
attention is given to the receiver section that to the transmitter.
Hence, the spurs, choppy qsk, chirps, fried finals etc.
