If you are experiencing any problems with high SWR or tuner operation
problems on
15 and 17 meters only, you need to get in touch with Yaesu service. They
have a
service bulletin out for this problem. However, it sounds like it's not a
good candidate
for field update, so you'll probably want to send it in to get it done.
