[Yaesu] Yaesu FT990 Firmware V1.3

G'day,

I've a Yaesu FT990 for several years now and want to upgrade Firmware V1.3.

Sending the board/equipment over the big pond seems to be a lot of
effort for changing a single chip. I have a SMD workstation to my
disposal and plenty work experience on it ;)

Hence my questions:

Who sells the required chip with the latest firmware or alternatively,
who has a program listing for the latest firmware? 

I would greatly appreciate any info on this matter.
