The FT-726 VHF/UHF all-mode transceiver has been giving good service in
the shack for many years. In the last year or so the display has been
getting dim and difficult to read. A call to Yaesu service yielded
little help and after convincing them that yes,.....Yaesu did make a 726
and no,.....it is not an HT, the news was that a replacement display is
no longer available. I would appreciate any info from anyone who has
experienced a similar display problem and how this might be corrected.
