[Yaesu] FT-1000D

Hello,

I have sent a message to Yaesu support, but I would like any hints before I 
try to diagnose the problem.

I have no transmit audio on LSB, USB, AM and apparently no tones on RTTY. 
CW works OK and FM appears to work (monitored in other radio) Vox  keys 
transmit when I speak into micophone.

I do have the FT-1000 Technical supplement so have additional schematics to 
work with.
I would appreciate being pointed towards the right place to cut down on the 
time it would take me to trace what is happening via the schematics.
