[Yaesu] FT-1000D 250 Hz 8215 MHz filter Installation??

Hi all,

   I purchased an INRAD 250 Hz filter for the 8215 MHz IF in my FT-1000D. 
The manual goes into detail on the 455 kHz IF filters but didn't notice 
anything on the second IF filters (except can see them in the picture 
showing the 455 filters). Think it will be obvious where to install the 
filter. Is there anything else required like a diode that needs to be cut 
(like on the 455 filters), etc??
