[Yaesu] G-450A Rotor Control Box Problem

I have a Yaesu G-450A rotor control box that has stopped displaying the
rotor position. The rotor still rotates, but the directional indicator no
longer functions. This makes it tough to know where the beams are pointed.

I also noted another odd side effect -- when the rotor cable is removed, the
overlap LED does not light. I could always tell when the plug was loose
because the LED would light up. I pulled the cover off, and it appears to
be a simple controller board. Of course, without a schematic I can only
guess what the voltages should be.

Apologies if this subject has been covered recently, but I am new to the
list. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be or could point me
in the right direction?
