You're not alone. I requested info by e-mail from tech services. No reply. Two 
weeks later I resent it with a cc: to customer services. At least they replied, 
but it resulted in a non-satisfying back-and-forth. They finally asked for my 
rig's serial number, which I sent almost two weeks ago. Still waiting ... I 
figure I'll give them a couple more weeks before I e-mail Skip.

Does anyone ever receive a response to email sent to Yaesu Technical 
Services? I sent one over a month ago and so far no response. I sent an 
email because getting a telephone reply to a placed call requires one to be 
home if and when a call is returned. That can be a problem for those who 
have work hours or other commitments that may be in conflict with Yaesu 
work hours. W7UPF
