[Yaesu] FT-1000D ROM version // FT-1000D vs MARK V field

Hi,

Was the FT-1000D always supplied with ROM version 6.0?
Is there any defective batch for this rig?

I have two alternatives: FT-1000D or Mark V field. I
prefer the FT-1000D but will appreciate any suggestion
before going on?
