Further to my mails about this last week, I've now found out that
Switchcraft makes these under part number 20GM8M (grey) and 20JL8M (black).
I've also found a UK agent (TDI Group) who tell me they can get them on two
weeks' delivery at about £2.50 plus VAT provided I buy 10. If any UK
reflectee is interested in buying one or more, please let me know off-list.
Previous professional experience with Switchcraft connectors suggests
they'll be excellent quality.
