Tom,
I just installed the board into my MP. It is basically a plug and play
installation, however, the Mark V requires you solder two small wires on the
existing board to power the mod. The MP has the two wires all ready in
place; other FT1000 models do not. Its not going to be hard, just takes a
few minutes.

I'm going to purchase the INRAD Roofing filter mod. but I wanted to clarify
installation procedure. Is the board simply a plug and play on the Mark V
"Field" or do I have to do some rig disassembly, board removal and

The details on the INRAD website are not clear to me so any input would be
much appreciated.
