[Yaesu] ft990rig control

Email me at home.  I've had a 990 with the correct rom and have used a variety 
of software for rig control and no problem.  With N1MM, you may be missing a 
command on the configure rig setup.
I'll walk you through the process.  Had the same problem setting up my 1k Field 
and the 940 backup rig I've got.
