[Yaesu] Please HELP!

Hi

I was traansmitting with the Yaesu Mark V and throwing the 200w in 20M
and then I see the meter and it just giving 50w. I started to check and
in 160M it throws almost the 200w and in 80M, in 40M throes 90w and it
keep going down till 10M it almost do not move the meter. Can someone
tell me what happened?
