[AMPS] Transformer Identification

Hi All,
I am posting this for a friend.  He is trying to ID a large plate
transformer.  The specifications are approximately 5 KV @ 1A.  There is no
manufacturer name on it, but the model number on it is CSR177A.

Any ideas or info?
