[AMPS] Apology to Rich (Ice Water)

Time to eat humble pie.  My apolpgy to Rich over my "Ice Water" comment. I
realize now that Rich didn't make the statement I was referring to in my
post. Too many " >>>>" in the post.

 It appears that "I" am the ass in this case.
