Help,
I am having a problem with my Ten Tec Centurion amplifier. For some
reason the loading has changed for all bands 160 through 10 meters.
For example:
On 10 meters loading use to be 4 now 3
On 40 meters loading use to be 8 now 4
The loading is lower on all bands. Removed the cover & checked the
capacitor, the knob had not slipped.
This tests were done using both a Bird KW oil filled dummy load, plus
antennas.
Bypassed the antenna tuner.
Changed coax between the Omni VI & amp.
Anyone on the Reflector had a similar problem, bad tube?????? I can
still get 1 KW out of the amp.
