I'm not an expert, but believe that unless you are running at 20 kV or
more (perhaps even quite a bit more), it will not be a problem.
I once had this discussion with someone where I used to work, who knew a
lot about the medical effects of X-rays. He pretty much convinced me it
was not an issue with any voltage amateurs are likely to use.
