Depends on inductance of L-supp and conductor material used. All things
being equal, resistance-wire decreases Rp by about 40% at 100MHz.
According tp Wes' measurements, at 100MHz, Rp was 101-ohms for a
resistance-wire suppresor vs. 166-ohms for a copper-wire suppressor.
