Hi Rich,
-
No, I didn't have a dip meter with me, but I was interested
to see a few different approaches to suppressor construction.
Many mfgrs used classic strap around resistor units
(strap material unknown) and some mfgrs used small
populated pc boards in the anode leads.
-
I was also surprised to see a lot of very light gauge
anode/plate chokes with stepped (staggered) windings.
-
More on the quality of construction vs brand to follow.

? Hello, Skipp
Did you bring a dipmeter?.
RE: spam: I changed my other e-mail box's address to hopefully reduce
spam. Two hours after making the change, I received spam. Apparently,
spam is like death and taxes.
cheers
