[AMPS] Swamped Grid, Discussion please

Greetings:

I am building a large amplifier and want to use swamped grid input to a 
pair of 4-1000's.  Are there any issues to be watched for or worked around 
when using resistive grid loads of 400 to 1000 ohm banks of lower value 
resistors?
