Apparently, the oak.oakland.edu file server, on which the MLA-2500 to
4CX800A conversion info is located, is down. If you noticed, what you
are looking for is a zip file called MLA2500b.zip. This is an easy one
to find. Just go to your favorite search engine and search for it. I
was able to find it on a Japanese server and downloaded it in just a few
seconds just to make sure it was there before I answered your question.
