According to the Suhner catalogue, RG174 is good for 150 watts at 30MHz when
matched, with a loss of 15dB/100metres at that frequency.

Power handling goes up as a straight line on a log frequency/linear power
handling scale as frequency goes down - 450watts at 10MHz. Attenuation goes down
linearly on log dB/ log frequency scale to 9dB/100metres at 10MHz.

hope this helps - looks like the answer is yes, OK, provided the SWR is
reasonably low.
