[Amps] Audio Connector for Valiant, Ranger, etc.

Does anyone know where I can obtain the Cannon (or equivalent) 2-pin audio
connector used on the Johnson Valiant, Ranger, etc?  I need both the female
chassis mount and the corresponding male (mic. cord).  The current Cannon
web site and catalog doesn't list them.  Thanks.
