I'm not sure what you've got there, Lou, but the file on BAMA is the
entire manual...not just a picture.  The original was a DjVu file which
required the DjVu reader plug-in.  However, it has just been changed to
Adobe Acrobat version 6 pdf format.  If you download it now, you will
need version 6 of the free Acrobat Reader available from Adobe.
