Dear Friends,
Thank you for your advice on following the FedEx Claim procedure on their
website to initiate a Claim.
In the case of the destroyed EMTRON DX-3 all the required procedures were done.
All the i's were dotted, all the t's were crossed.
As said before, FedEx has not once contacted me about this, to investigate, to
query or to downright apologize for destroying
a one-of-a-kind, hand-built (by Rudi) instrument.
