Sorry to hear about this. I have had excellant luck shipping heavy fragile
packages here by using the stick on shock indicators available from most
shipping wholesalers for about $12 each. This way if theres a problem with
freight the carrier usually won't come back with the improper packing story.
Of course having a commercial account with a couple of the carriers might
help also
