Transformer is a 3400vac CT
All Secondary leads lifted and using a HV Probe (Fluke
80K-40)
CT to chassis- 843 volts
One side of secondary to chassis- 2450
Other side of secondary to chassis- 863
No continuity between secondary windings and the
chassis when checked with an ohm meter.
